1. Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Chinese and Indonesian cuisines
- Innovative and creative, with a keen eye on food trends and modern presentation
- Proficient in kitchen management, including:
1. Menu Costing
2. HACCP implementation
3. Business forecasting
- Active involvement in marketing initiatives and menu development
- Proven leadership with a collaborative approach to guide and motivate the kitchen brigade
2. Chef de Partie - Bakery
3. Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in viennoiseries, pastries, and bakery production
- Passionate about product development and exploring creative baked goods
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining consistent quality
- Ability to support pre-opening setup and daily production operations.
