About the role:
- Support the Hotel Management to define the Sales & Marketing hotel strategy for the future periods
- Analyze and survey the market and competitors in terms of sales, pricing and availability for each segment
- Promotion, market research, marketing campaign and brand management
- Customer profile determination and managing customer relationship
Your skills & experiences:
- Experience in the same position at least 2 years in 4 star hotels
- Fluent in English, both verbally & written
- Proven capability to build, motivate and lead an effective team that delivers results and is highly engaged
- Great communication skills, passion for delivering results, and developing people and self.
