Pastry Cook
Job Description:
1. Prepare pastries, cakes, desserts, bread, and bakery products according to hotel standards and recipes.
2. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion, texture, and presentation.
3. Prepare ingredients and mise en place before production and service.
4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pastry and kitchen areas.
5. Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and proper use and maintenance of pastry equipment.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Cook or similar position, preferably in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
2. Good knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation techniques.
3. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
4. Creative, detail-oriented, disciplined, and organized.
5. Able to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
Bell Driver
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in hotel.
- Valid SIM A.
- Good driving skills and knowledge of Bali area.
- Good communication and service attitude.
- Physically fit, responsible, and well-groomed.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Description:
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Drive guests safely to/from the hotel and designated locations.
- Assist with valet and vehicle arrangements when required.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of hotel vehicles.
- Support Bell/Front Office operations as needed.
Waiter / Waitress
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in hotel or restaurant.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and well-groomed.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates with relevant hospitality background are welcome to apply.
Job Description:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant area.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with the kitchen and related departments.
- Support daily F&B operations as required.
