Position:
1. Human Resources Manager
2. Food & Beverage Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources or in Food & Beverage role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position within the 5-star Hotel or Resort
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices (1)
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development, and industrial relations(1). • Strong understanding of guest satisfaction principles and luxury hospitality
standards(2)
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability(2)
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills (1,2)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization (1,2).
Experience in managing employee engagement and organizational development initiatives (1,2)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS) (1)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia (1,2)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment (1,2)
- Positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and strong commitment to company values(1,2)
