Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Culinary Arts / Food Production or related field
- Minimum 2 years in the same position
- Strong technical expertise in international and local cuisine, with advanced plating and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities in high volume operations
- Skilled in managing kitchen documentation, shift schedules, prepare kitchen reports, and food cost calculations
- Capable of training, mentoring, and evaluation kitchen staff performance
