1. Guest Relation Officer / Front Desk Agent
General Requirement:
- 1 year of experience in Front Office / Customer Service
- Capable of performing guest relation task: greeting, escorting, guest approach, and personalizing guest experience
- Basic understanding of Front Office operations, complaint handling
- Knowledge of upselling, cross selling, and hotel product knowledge (rooms, F&B, facilities)
- Strong hospitality mindset and service-oriented attitude
- Able to communicate in English
