What you're going to do:
- Ensures that the team delivers quality services, both in the production of customer service at all points of sales in the hotel
- Ensures the correct operation of the various services in F&B Department.
- Motivates and creates a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.
- Ensures that the profitability of your department is consistent.
