- Engineering Supervisor
About the role:
- Supervise the daily operation of Engineering Team
- Anticipate and resolve guest complaints related to the maintenance of the hotel area with empathy and empowerment
- Helps in preventive maintenance planning and gives practical advised
Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the same position
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing)
- Able to lead, supervise, and motivate a team effectively
