1. IT Coordinator
About the role:
- Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for end users
- Modify configuration, utilities, and software default settings Modify Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. Assist with PC setup, IT system and access for onboarding of new users
- Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting
Your skills & experiences:
- Diploma in information Technology
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Able to work with team
