• Night Auditor
What you will be doing :
• Handle guest reservations and check-ins
• Manage telephone calls and inquiries, taking reservations and providing information as needed
• Conduct nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions, including room charges, restaurant bills, and other revenue sources
• Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, resolving issues or forwarding them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of alertness and attentiveness throughout the night shift
Your experience and skills include :
• Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field
• Have excellent communication skills
• Organization skills
• Work under pressure.
• Problem solver
• Native computer skills
