1. Assistant Sales Manager
About the role:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability for the hotel
- Proficiency in suing office software, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive informations
- Developing business leads and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts and social event planner
- Designing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating captivating content, and overseeing media relations activities
Your skills & experiences:
- Experience at least 2 years in same role
- Fluent in English, both verbally & written
- Proven capability to build, motivate and lead an effective team that delivers results and is highly engaged
- Great communication skills, passion for delivering results, and developing people and self
