Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience within similar role.
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as prior experience in a similar HVAC, technical & mechanical role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Have a good grasp of HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
