About the role
- Coordinate daily Front of the house and Back of the house FB operations
- Deliver supervisor service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Lead and increase revenues
- Coach the team and develop skills
- Ensure compliance with satisfaction and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Your skills & experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, good team player, passionate, and details oriented
- Strong organization skill
