About the role:
- Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by serving as the primary point go contact for all guest interactions
- Greets and completes established check in & check out procedures and ensure the guest are satisfied
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum 2 year experience position in international chain hotels
- Highly motivated, good team player, passionate and guest oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
