We are currently inviting passionate and motivated professionals to join our team as HRC. This role is responsible for supporting the organization in managing Human Resources, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring HR process run effectively in line with company standards.
1. Human Resources Coordinator
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration or related field
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, employee administration, training & development and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good command of English (additional language skills are an advantage)
- Strong interest in hospitality industry and understanding of professional workplace culture
