We are looking for applicants to fill the following available position:
1. Head Chef (HOD)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in the culinary field
- Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and menu execution (local and simple international dishes)
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to lead a small team, assign tasks, and train staff
- Familiar with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting; competent in using computers and property management systems
- Able to manage daily kitchen operations, work under pressure, and maintain food quality.
