Jakarta Airport Hotel is located in the departure area of Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The hotel serves as a convenient resting place for travelers awaiting their next flight or seeking a comfortable rest after a long journey. Jakarta Airport Hotel features 82 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a smoking lounge, all offering a splendid view of the airport runway.
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of:
- Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)
- Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEHK)
Qualifications:
1. Educational background in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 3-star hotel or higher.
3. Creative, guest-oriented, and capable of leading a team effectively.
4. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English.
6. Willing to be based at Departure Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Job Responsibilities (AEHK):
1. Lead and monitor daily operational activities within the Housekeeping Department.
2. Train, develop, and supervise a high-performing Housekeeping team.
3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, including Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering.
4. Ensure that all hotel rooms, public areas, meeting rooms, employee areas, and other facilities meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance.
5. Monitor and report Housekeeping inventory levels regularly to the Hotel Manager.
6. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of VIP rooms and ensure excellent service for VIP guests.
7. Prepare monthly staff schedules based on operational requirements.
8. Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
9. Maintain par stock levels of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, linens, and uniforms.
10. Perform additional departmental duties and other tasks assigned by management as required.
