Jakarta Airport Hotel is located in the departure Terminal 2E of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Jakarta Airport Hotel is a strategic resting place for travelers waiting for their next flight or just for those who need a well-deserved rest after a long flight. This hotel consists of 82 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, as well as a restaurant and smoking lounge; all facing the splendid view of the airport runway.
We are currently looking for candidates to fill up this position:
1. Assistant Food & Beverages Manager
Qualifications:
1. Educational background in hospitality / FB management is preferred
2. Minimum 4 (four) years of experience in managing FB department, preferably at 3-stars hotel or above
3. Creative, guest-oriented, team leader
4. Able to work under pressure while planning, executing and following up on various tasks in a very flexible working environment
5. Fluent in English orally and in writing
6. Able to join immediately (November)
7. Willing to be relocated at Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
Job description:
1. Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the entire operation of the FB department to meet hotel service standards
2. Prepare the dishes for FB menu, set sales strategies, and be proactive in making innovations on FB to achieve the sales target
3. Provide the analysis of food and beverage consumption related to ordering goods inventory, as well as monitoring the implementation of store requisitions
4. Check the quality of service in the FB area through guest comments and perform immediate follow up on such comments
5. Prepare employee work schedules in anticipation of vacation time according to regulations, estimated day offs, and workload
6. Make regular reports on revenue, action plans, business budget, and staff planning reported to management
7. Comply with all health and safety regulations
8. Establish good and harmonious relations with guests and colleagues within and outside of department
9. Implement and maintain SOP service standards and hotel policies
