1. Restaurant Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively
- Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak hour efficiency
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery
- Analyze financial reports and assist in reaching revenue targets
- Enforce hygiene standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of restaurant operational software (POS, inventory, reservations)
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
