Qualifications:
- Experience managing a kitchen or working in a senior cook position
- Able to oversee daily preparation cooking operations, and service flow
- Experienced in maintaining food safety, hygiene standards, and stock management
- Calm, kind, and clear when leading the team
- Confident working with predominantly plant based ingredients
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic setting
- Sufficient English skills for effective communication
