- F&B Manager (JSI-FBM)
- Sous Chef (JSI-SC)
- Bartender (JSI - BAR)
- Barista (JSI-BST)
General Requirement:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Experience in resort operations will be an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Min. diploma degree with educational background relevant to the position. (JSI-FBM), (ISI-SC).
- Skilled in budgeting, expense management, and cost variance analysis. (IS-FBM).
- Skilled in cocktails, mocktails, and basic bar operations, (151-BAR)
- Skilled in manual brew and espresso-based techniques. (ISI-BST)
