K Club Ubud, a new brand-Eco friendly resort located at Tegalalang, Ubud looking for a Pre-Opening team with relevant skills and experiences.
Position Available:
1. General Admin (for sales, marketing, and social media)
2. Resort Administrative Assistant
3. Purchasing Manager
4. IT Manager
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 2 years experience
- Been working in pre-opening with lifestyle brand and or Independent Hotel with multiple outlets
- Have a good knowledge and skills in sales, marketing & social media management (1)
- Good knowledge of social media platform & web analytics (1)
- Experience in a secretarial or administrative position (2)
- Familiar with local sourcing and vendor management (3)
- Good at negotiation and networking (3)
- Expert on IT (networking, troubleshooting, hardware, software) (4)
- Familiar with VHP system (3,4)
- Computer skills are required
- Strong personality, analytical skill, strategic thinking, have a good communication skill, & Savvy
