Requirements :
• Have education SMA/SMK, D3 or S1 in the field of food
• Have experience in the same position as sous chef for at least 3 years
• Familiar with western food
• Able with Ms. Excel and expert food costs
• Have leadership skill and good communication skills
• Discipline oriented and multitasking
