General Requirements
Managerial Level
(Food & Beverage Manager)
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial position
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and team management
- Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu
management, procurement, and staff management
- Relevant certifications, such as Food Safety Certification are preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Food & Beverage Management systems
Supervisor / Coordinator Level
(Senior Marketing, SPV Engineering, Human Resources Coordinator, Front Office Supervisor)
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
- For SPV Engineering, should be good knowledge of building maintenance,
electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general engineering systems
Rank & File/Staff Level
(Executive Secretary, Operational Admin)
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
- Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative systems
