Qualification:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial position within the hospitality, hotel, resort, villa or luxury property industry
- Experience in a pre-opening property will be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic pre-opening team
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
