About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, creativity in beverage development, and a deep understanding of service excellence in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure high service standards
- Lead, train, and develop the bar team
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
- Create and innovate cocktail and beverage menus
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
- Handle guest engagement and resolve service issues effectively
