Requirements:
01. 3+ years hotel management: boutique or villa operations preferred
02. Leadership & team training: hands-on, high-standard approach
03. Revenue & budget management: cost control & occupancy strategy
04. Guest experience: anticipate, resolve, delight
05. Fluent English: additional languages a plus
06. PMS & booking platforms: comfortable with hotel tech
