Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position
- Excellent guest experience and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in administration, vendor management, and project planning
- Skilled in delegating daily Engineering operations effectively
- Fluent in English, both written (email) and verbal communication
- Strong technical knowledge in STP, genset, plumbing, pumps, and carpentry
