General Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or tourism is an advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude
- Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined
- Works well in a team and can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- VHP system knowledge required
