- Bachelor of Psychology is a must
- Must have minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition, or other related fields
- Strong administration skill
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Learning & Development
- Minimum 3 years experience as a trainer (Retail/F&B/Manufacture)
- Strong presentation and communication skill
3. Talent Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
4. Organizational Development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
