1. Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Duties :
1. Ensure that each food and beverage outlet and conference and banqueting event is managed in line with key service standards and specified profit margins as an independent profit center.
2. Conduct monthly departmental meetings and daily operations briefings.
3. Looking after multiple restaurants
Requirements :
1. Proven experience minimum 2 years of relevant experience in 4 or 5 stars hotels.
2. Strong organizational skills to ensure effective running of the department through planning, directing, controlling and coordinating all tasks and activities
3. Highly Responsible and reliable
