Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Minimum 3 years as Property Leader (GM, Villa Manager, or HM)
- Strong leadership & team management
- Able to handle guest-complaints professionally
- Good problem-solving & decision-making
- Skilled in budgeting, financial reports & operational planning
- Strong organizational s& multitasking skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible working hours, including weekends/holidays
- Fluent in English
