Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily cleaning of all room / villas, public areas, and laundry
- Inspect all Room / villas before check-in to ensure 5-star standard
- Lead and train a team of supervisors and attendants
- Create roster, duty schedule, and daily briefing
- Control linen, amenities, cleaning chemicals, and equipment inventory
- Handle guest complaints on cleanliness within 15 minutes
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B for villa readiness
- Ensure fire safety and hygiene standards in all villas
With qualification:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience as Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager in a villa resort in Bali
- Strong leadership and detail-oriented
- Good English communication, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of housekeeping SOP, laundry, and PMS
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
