- Assistant E-Commerce Manager
To drive digital growth and seamless distribution, the Assistant E-Commerce Manager role includes a proactive responsibility to act as a bridge between online travel partners, digital platforms, and the commercial management team.
Here is the professional job description for an Assistant E-Commerce Manager:
- Maintain and optimize the resort's profile, content, rates, and inventory across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Tiket.com, Traveloka, etc.
- Monitor allotment, room availability, and rate parity across all distribution channels daily to avoid discrepancies.
- Update and maintain the Channel Manager system to ensure seamless integration with the system.
- Assist in managing the resort's official website content, ensuring images, promotions, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Optimize the website booking engine functionality to maximize direct booking conversion rates.
- Monitor web analytics (Google Analytics) to track user behavior and identify areas for website improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marcomm team to align digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with current resort promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing, specifically within the hospitality/hotel/resort industry. Experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator or Senior Officer is preferred.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Meta advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and sharp attention to detail.
- Proactive, ambitious, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple promotional deadlines.
