We're hiring - General Manager
Bingin, Uluwatu – Bali
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium boutique complex of 5 private villas.
What you'll do:
- Lead and support the on-site team
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily operations and property standards
- Solve operational challenges independently
- Coordinate suppliers and communicate with Management
- Maintain premium quality standards in every detail
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing a boutique hotel, villa complex or small resort
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Passion for premium hospitality
