Le Bajo is looking for the following position for new opening in Labuan Bajo, East of Nusa Tenggara Indonesia
1. Chief Accounting
Requirements:
- Only for Indonesian citizen
- S1/ Diploma 3 from reputable university, majoring accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position with international hotel background
- Good communication skills English and Bahasa
- High analytical skills and ability communicate clearly
- Have the ability to interact with people with different level effectively
2. Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Strong in Indonesian cuisine
- Indonesian citizen only
- 3 years experience in similar position and great level of culinary experience and creativity
- Strong in Food costing, able and understand budget, action plan, profit & loss statement
3. Beverage Enthusiast Manager
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen only
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position and must have international cafe / Restaurant / Beach Club / Hotel experience
- Diploma in hotel management or other equivalent degree
- Strong in beverage, costing, able and understand budget, action plan, profit & loss statement
- Attention to detail about quality of product and beverages knowledge oriented
4. Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position with international resort / hotel background
- Diploma in hotel management or other equivalent degree
- Indonesian citizen only
- Having strong leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service
- Having good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Candidates with experience in pre-opening team is an advantage.
