Le Bajo is looking for the following position for new opening in Labuan Bajo, East of Nusa Tenggara Indonesia
1. Sommelier
Requirements:
- Only for Indonesian citizen
- Professional wine steward
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar with international hotel background
- Diploma 1 in hotel management or other equivalent degree
- Responsible for development and management of the A La Carte Wine program including the wine list
- Familiar with Cafe / Beach Club / Restaurant / Resort / Hotel system, good communication skill in English is must
- Wine locker program and wine society
- Great communication skills, work under pressure
- Dynamic, self-motivated, team spirit and friendly
- Experience on pre-opening team is an advantage
- Have great personality and be able to communicate with members and guest that might share different levels of wine knowledge
- Must be able to promote and grow wine program
2. Cost Control
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar with international hotel background
- Diploma 1 in hotel management or other equivalent degree
- Familiar with hotel system, good communication skill English is must
- Service minded and well groomed
- Dynamic, self-motivated, team spirit and friendly
Candidates with experience in pre-opening team is an advantage.
