1. Engineering Leader
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Minimum SMA/SMK from relevant education
- Strong knowledge of resort engineering operation including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC systems and building maintenance
- Able to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure all hotel facilities operate to efficiently
- Responsible for preparing engineering reports, maintenance records, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, technical issues
- Well groom professional appearance
- Willing to work in shift hours
