Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a hotel, villa, resort, or serviced residence
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Good understanding of basic hospitality standards, safety procedures, and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Serviced-oriented, friendly, and professional attitude
- Physically fit and able to work in an active environment
- Responsible, disciplined, honest, and reliable
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
