Lomo Boutique Hotel, a premium boutique E hotel located in the vibrant location of Uluwatu, is seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to fill the following positions :
1. Restaurant Supervisor / Captain
2. DW Cook
3. DW Steward
4. Trainee : All positions (Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Food & Beverage Product, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting)
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of F&B service standards, SOPs, and daily operational workflow (1).
- Leadership, communication, and team coordination skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate the team (1).
- Previous experience working in a well-known, established, or award-winning restaurant or hotel is highly preferred (1,2).
- knowledgeable of overall kitchen operations (2,3).
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations (2,3)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with trainee experience are welcome to apply (2,3)
- Previous experience in the same or a similar position is preferred (1-3).
- Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team (1-3). ^
- Preferably based in Bali (1-4)
