Lomo Boutique Hotel, a premium boutique hotel located in the vibrant location of Uluwatu, is seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to fill the following positions:
1. Restaurant Supervisor / Captain
2. Bar Captain
3. Waiter / Waitress
4. Waiter / Waitress (daily worker)
5. Runner (daily worker)
6. Security (daily worker)
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in customer service standards and handle guest complaints professionally (1,2)
- Knowledgeable in beverage costing and daily reporting within the food & beverage department (1,2)
- Knowledgeable in classic cocktails and beverage preparation (2)
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations (1-5)
- Holds a valid Security certification (Gada Pratama)(6)
- Good knowledge of security procedures, equipment and emergency response (6)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (1-6)
- Previous experience in the same or similar position preferred (1-6)
- Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work well in a team (1-6)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with trainee experience are welcome to apply (4,5,6)
