Requirements:

- Employee training and development skill is a must
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, legal, human resource management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources management field in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software
