Executive Chef
Requirements:
- Experience in well-known hotel groups or stand-alone restaurants, holding position of head / Executive Chef
- International experience would be a plus
- A hands-on individual, strong leader and good team player
- Offer timely and quality service to both local and international guest
- Able to develop menus, and conduct promotions, banquets, and themed nights
- Will be fully in charge of the kitchen and service operations, and hold responsibility over: profitability, controls, stock, inventory, supplier relations, staff training, hygiene, safety and guest satisfaction
