Head of Department:
1. Financial Controller
2. Human Resources Manager
3. Executive Chef (Chinese Cuisine)
4. Pastry Chef (French Pastry)
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chains
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in traditional and modern French pastry techniques. (4)
- English is a must (written and spoken)
- Team player and result oriented.
