1. Director of Sales Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Lead and manage Sales & Marketing team to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, OTA, and business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with General Manager and other departments on business strategies.
- Monitor budget, forecast, and sales performance reports.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales & marketing, with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of hotel market segmentation and revenue strategies.
- Fluent in English; Indonesian language is an advantage.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker, and able to work under pressure.
