General Requirement:
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination skills & people person.
- Ability to perform under pressure, passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality
-Ability to perform revenue management, OTA selling strategy (FOM).
- Familiar using VHP.
- Past experience handling payroll, employee benefits, knowledge of labour and hotel regulations and laws - experienced in using HRIS is a plus (HRM).
