General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Sales & Marketing background with solid understanding of revenue management
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of potential market segments and the ability to develop and execute effective market capture strategies
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and service innovation
- Ability to manage guest relations, handle feedback and deliver service professionally
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced pre-opening environment
