General Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety standards
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food quality and presentation
- Strong in Local and International cuisine
- Able to work under pressure, in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and coordination skills
