General Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of three years of experience in Revenue Management within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify demand patterns, and convert insights into effective revenue strategies
- A strong understanding of market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, demand trends, pricing dynamics, and distribution channel performance
- Proficiency in PMS, RMS, and other relevant distribution systems
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
