1. Hotel Manager
Large 5-Star Seminyak Hotel
Responsibilities:
- The Hotel Manager represents both Luxso and the Hotel
- Owner Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth guest experiences
- Lead, train, and motivate a large team
- Manage all areas of a 5-star full-service hotel
Qualifications:
- GM-level or senior hotel operations leader experienced in 5-star properties
- Strong leadership to manage and hold Department Heads accountable
- Record of operational and service quality improvements, and cost control
- Experience overseeing F&B, recreation, and wellness operations
- Strong understanding of housekeeping, engineering, and FO workflows
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and commitment to guest satisfaction
